Go to Your Limit
Start by doing a 60-second round of pushups, doing as many reps as you can in that timeframe. Then head into a minute of sit-ups and another minute of pull-ups. Every time, you want to push your body to the limit. Finally, run for a total of two miles, going as fast as you can.
