1. Zucchini

One of the most popular veggies that make awesome fries is zucchini. Bake these, rather than fry them, so start by preheating your oven to 425° and then lining a baking sheet with some aluminum foil. In a shallow bowl, combine breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese. Then whisk a couple of eggs in a separate bowl.
