For too long, society has been duped into thinking that there is little to nothing that we can do prevent Alzheimer’s disease. Most people who suffer from Alzheimer’s or another form of dementia are usually left waiting to no avail on some sort of breakthrough pharmaceutical cure. The fact of the matter is, you can prevent this from happen to you if you simply make some easy lifestyle changes.
