You can even plan out your meals so that you are eating healthier rather than running around in the morning and picking out some breakfast on the way to work. This helps you to lose more weight because you are making healthier choices.

For this to work though, you need to get to bed early enough the night before. So turn off the lights, get away from your favorite television show, and relax a bit so you get the full 8 hours you need for weight loss.

The reason that sleeping in does not work is because it sets you up to fail for the rest of the day. You will find that sleeping later in the day is not as effective as going to bed earlier and getting good sleep at night.
