Though you will always hear a great deal about the low-carb versus low-fat diets, you want to go for the rule of “everything in moderation.” Make the necessary adjustments to eat a well-rounded diet that includes whole grains and good fats. Practice proper portion control and eat smaller meals more frequently throughout the day. You never want to eliminate one food group totally as that will only hurt you and your weight loss efforts.
